At LifeArt we are committed to people have informed choices, and informing people there are no ‘rights’ and ‘wrongs’. In all things in life, it is about creating our own traditions.

We want to create an awareness of the importance of planning "My Wishes". Families have told us they want to know their loved ones wishes as this makes choices easier when planning a funeral must be done.

LifeArt Pty Ltd, as part of it's community values, has dedicated the funds to ensure the management, security and processing costs of "My Wishes".

If you chose to take part in 'My Wishes" you will receive:

• A email detailing your "My Wishes" registration details for safekeeping.
• The facility for you to review "My Wishes" on this website and update it at any time for no charge.
• "My Wishes" summary sent to your email upon completion of the Register. You can then chose to email this information onto family, friends, your Funeral Director etc.
• "My Wishes" held securely with a password-protected system.

Your 5 simple steps to complete "My Wishes" Registration and Register:

Step 1   Sign Up and Sign In.
To begin the registration process you can either SIGN UP as a new member, or SIGN IN as an exiting member on the MY WISHES REGISTER page. If you are a existing user, enter your username and password details on the Sign In.

Step 2   Completing "My Wishes"
Begin registering "My Wishes", following the step-by-step screens. These have been designed to help you think and decide upon your wishes. You only have to complete as much or as little of the form as you like. At each stage you are given the opportunity to insert any additional details that you want to add.

So please remember you do not need to answer all the questions, or you can return any time in the future to complete questions.

Step 3   Reviewing "My Wishes"
Now you have completed "My Wishes" you are able to re read any area and confirm all the choices you've made.

Remember you can make changes now, or revisit later and complete any changes or make further choices.

Step 4   Save and Store
With your Registration and "My Wishes" completed you will receive an email confirmation from LifeArt regarding registration and password details. And an email which is a SUMMARY MY WISHES, a summary of all your answers.  You may keep this on file with other important papers.

Step 5   Updating "My Wishes"
We encourage you to revisit our site from time to time for new information and ideas, and make new choices as you wish or complete areas of "My Wishes" you could not complete initially.
